Brouq Developments has signed an agreement with Eng. Omar Okeil, Head of Azure Architects, to design its latest New Cairo project. The partnership reflects Brouq’s commitment to innovative, sustainable, and high-quality developments, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Ibrahim El-Said, Chairman of Brouq Developments, and Eng. Omar Okeil, in the presence of Eng. Islam Nabil, CEO of Azure Architects, and senior officials from both companies.

El-Said said the collaboration aligns with Brouq’s strategy of working with leading experts to deliver projects that combine smart design with customer-focused value. He emphasized that Azure’s track record in landmark developments makes it an ideal partner for the New Cairo venture.

The upcoming project will be a residential-hotel development in a prime New Cairo location, featuring fully finished units of various sizes and premium serviced apartments. Brouq has also signed agreements with Trust Engineering Consultancy for feasibility studies and KEM Consultant Group for mechanical works.

Okeil noted that the partnership is consistent with Azure’s approach of working with developers who share a strong vision for distinctive projects. He highlighted Azure’s portfolio in New Cairo, which includes Lake View, Lake View Residence, Downtown Mall, and the Dusit Hotel, as well as landmark projects across Egypt and the region such as the Hilton Hotel and Burj Al Arab.

Nabil added that Azure is now developing a tailored design for Brouq’s project, blending architectural elegance with functionality to reflect the company’s vision in Egypt’s real estate market.
