Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly announced that the New Damietta City Authority (NDCA) began on March 6 the delivery of 192 housing units in the first phase of the middle-income project “Dar Misr,” Invest-Gate reports.

Engineer Mohamed El-Sayed Mostafa Ragab, chairman of NDCA, explained the procedures for receiving the unit. He said that the winner should go to the Housing and Development Bank branch in New Damietta City to pay any due financial amounts and receive a letter addressed to NCDA stating the payment of all required fees.

The winner should then take originals of the bank receipt, letter of the financial settlement from the bank, and a check portfolio given by the bank, along with copies of deposit payment receipt, last installment payment receipt, and the National ID cards for the potential owner as well as their spouse.
