Cityscape Egypt 2025, running from September 24–27, will debut its first International Pavilion, a milestone aimed at fostering cross-border investment and strengthening Egypt’s role as a regional real estate hub. The pavilion will bring together international developers and Egyptian investors, aligning with Egypt’s national agenda to expand and diversify the real estate sector, Invest-Gate reports.
The new addition will also feature Cityscape Talks, including a dedicated panel discussion on September 26 (15:45–16:30) exploring top international real estate destinations. Ahmed Abbassi, CEO and Founder of Greca Group, will share insights on global market trends and investment strategies.
Robier Daniel, Cityscape Egypt Exhibition Director, said the initiative reflects a fast-evolving market: “The International Pavilion is a direct response to growing cross-border investment. It will serve as a hub for international developers and Egyptian investors, creating new opportunities and reinforcing Egypt’s position as a leader in regional real estate.”
Leading global developers will be showcased, including DAMAC Properties (UAE), Greca Developments (Greece), Wujha Real Estate (Oman), and Keller Williams’ New Life Team, specializing in Golden Visa projects across Greece and Turkey. These participants highlight the diversity of opportunities available to Egyptian and regional investors.
By expanding its scope, Cityscape Egypt 2025 underscores the increasing fluidity of borders and mobility of capital, positioning the exhibition as not only a platform for Egypt’s property market but also a gateway for global real estate investment.
