Valero Developments announced the completion of 100% of the concrete works for its flagship project, CIRCLE 9 Mall in Obour City, marking a major milestone that supports plans to deliver the project earlier than scheduled, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Ahmed Abdel Salam, CEO of Valero Developments, affirmed that the company’s focus on commitment and quality has enabled it to quickly secure a leading position in the local market and gain client trust. He added that initial delivery of commercial units is set to begin in October, noting that early handover demonstrates the company’s dedication to exceeding expectations in design, execution, and quality.

Abdel Salam explained that delivering ahead of schedule will allow operations to start sooner, providing strong returns for investors while adding a new landmark that contributes to Obour City’s growth and integrated services. He stressed that commitment remains a decisive factor for clients when selecting a reliable developer.

The CEO further highlighted that CIRCLE 9 Mall is the first commercial-medical mall in the city’s entertainment district, strategically located opposite Dar Misr compound. The project combines retail, medical clinics, offices, restaurants and entertainment areas in a modern design, with unit sizes starting from 28 sqm. Featuring a 30% building-to-land ratio, the mall overlooks a 10,000 sqm park and includes diverse spaces across multiple levels.

He also revealed that Valero has signed with a major brand to occupy a 300 sqm space, in line with the company’s strategy to enhance services, maximize investment value, and position CIRCLE 9 Mall as an integrated destination for residents and investors alike.

Abdel Salam concluded by announcing the launch of construction for Valero’s second project, White Mall, this month. Covering 2,500 sqm with a 50% built-up area, the new medical-entertainment complex will include commercial spaces on the lower and ground floors, with medical services on the upper levels.
