BUILDEX Developments has announced the launch of its latest residential project, Eden Park, in the Green Belt of 6th of October City, west Cairo, with targeted sales exceeding EGP 600 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 21,000 sqm, Eden Park is exclusively dedicated to villas, offering residents privacy and luxury in a prime location near Dahshur Link and Juhayna Square. The project benefits from the area’s comprehensive infrastructure, ensuring direct access to educational, healthcare, and leisure facilities, while maintaining strong connectivity to Greater Cairo’s main roads and hubs.

Mohamed Khaled Aboul Qassem, Chairman of BUILDEX Developments, highlighted the company’s decade-long track record in real estate development across west Cairo, emphasizing its commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery. He described Eden Park as a valuable addition to the company’s growing portfolio, aligned with Egypt’s urban expansion strategy.

The project will be developed in partnership with Be Architects as the engineering consultant and Buzz Integration as the marketing partner. This collaboration reflects BUILDEX’s strategy of working with top-tier experts to enhance the project’s competitive advantages.

Mahmoud Amir, Chief Commercial Officer at BUILDEX Developments, said Eden Park caters to premium clientele with modern designs, diverse spaces, and flexible payment plans starting from 0% down payment and extending up to 10 years. He added that the project is scheduled for delivery within three years, with the company aiming to complete ahead of schedule.
