EO Cairo has announced a strategic partnership with Redcon Properties to launch the EO Accelerator Program in Egypt, a global initiative designed to support startups and empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Invest-Gate reports.

Targeting entrepreneurs running businesses with annual revenues between USD 300,000 and USD 1 million, the EO Accelerator leverages a globally recognized growth methodology developed by Verne Harnish, Founder of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). The program focuses on four key pillars: strategy, people, operations, and cash.

The initiative was introduced at the event “Scaling Up with EO Cairo – Powered by Redcon Properties,” where participants experienced interactive workshops, panel discussions, and case studies that demonstrated the program’s practical impact. The event gathered fast-growing startups, EO members, ecosystem partners, and business leaders from across Egypt.

Ahmed Sami, President of EO Cairo, highlighted the program as a true commitment to empowering entrepreneurs in their growth journey. He emphasized that EO Cairo Accelerator provides tools, community, and mentorship to help SMEs build sustainable businesses that contribute to Egypt’s economy.

Eng. Tarek El-Gamal, Chairman of Redcon Properties, expressed pride in the partnership, describing it as part of Redcon’s responsibility to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. He noted that the private sector plays a pivotal role in creating a supportive environment for young entrepreneurs, while Ahmed Tony, CEO of Redcon Properties, underlined the company’s vision to invest in talent and promising ventures as an investment in Egypt’s future.

The EO Accelerator program currently runs in more than 90 cities across 83 countries and has supported over 10,000 entrepreneurs worldwide, with nearly 2,000 graduates later joining EO as full members.
