Al-Oula Developments has broken ground on its Miura project in New Sheikh Zayed, launching construction ahead of schedule as part of its commitment to clients and timely project delivery, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Mansour, Chairman of Al-Oula Developments, said the company prioritizes trust and transparency, stressing that accelerating construction reflects its strategy of integrity, strict adherence to deadlines, and high-quality standards. He highlighted that Miura offers both residential and investment opportunities in a prime location at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed and New Sheikh Zayed on the Dahshur link, minutes away from major roads including the Rod El-Farag Axis, the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, the 26th of July Corridor, and Sphinx International Airport.
Mansour added that Al-Oula has contracted SDA Engineering Group as the project’s architectural consultant and GCM Consultants for management and operations, reinforcing the company’s plan to deliver a landmark development.
The compound will feature standalone villas, with 50% of its area allocated to green spaces and landscaping, 15% to buildings, and the remainder for roads, utilities, and services. Planned amenities include a cinema, central park, gym, surveillance systems, private garages, and an electric vehicle charging station. Flexible payment options start with a 5% down payment and installments of up to 15 years.
