The Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) marked its 50th anniversary by unveiling a new logo and modern brand identity that reflect its values of innovation, sustainability, and quality, Invest-Gate reports.
Since its establishment in 1975, the company has played a pivotal role in developing new cities and shaping modern urban lifestyles in Egypt, positioning itself as a strategic bridge between Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Mohamed El-Taher, CEO and Managing Director of SED, said: “We celebrate five decades of achievement and strong partnership between Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Over the years, we have developed integrated communities that left a clear imprint on Egypt’s most important cities. Our new identity reflects our vision for a more innovative, future-focused phase in the real estate market.”
Over the past five decades, SED has delivered more than 27,000 housing units across Egypt, benefiting around 117,000 residents. Its landmark projects include Marina 8 and M8 by the Lake in Marina El Alamein, IL-Latini in New Alamein, Sawary in Alexandria, Jayd in New Cairo, Blue Vert in the New Capital, Central in Fifth Settlement, Arabesque in Historic Cairo, and the Nile Pearl–Hilton Towers in Maadi.
The new diamond-heart logo, inspired by the Arabic letters “S” and “M,” symbolizes the strength of the Egyptian-Saudi partnership and places people at the center of the company’s vision. It represents a shift from the company’s 2019 classic identity to a more dynamic and digital-oriented image in line with its growth strategy.
Looking ahead, SED plans to expand regionally, focusing on sustainable projects and smart cities while adopting digital transformation and artificial intelligence in project management. The company aims to set new benchmarks for integrated living, offering modern solutions for housing, work, and services to meet the evolving aspirations of its clients.
