DAMAC Properties, the UAE-based real estate developer with a global presence, announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, running from September 24 to 27. The move highlights the company’s commitment to introducing its luxury projects to one of the region’s most attractive investment markets, Invest-Gate reports.

At the exhibition, DAMAC will present a selection of international and UAE projects, including Chelsea Residences by DAMAC—developed in partnership with Chelsea Football Club—as well as Canal Crown and Safa Heights on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Other showcased projects will include Lagoon Views and Riverside Views within the new DAMAC Riverside community.

DAMAC recently opened a marketing office in Cairo and launched a major promotional campaign on the North Coast, alongside partnerships with more than 150 real estate marketing firms in Egypt. Globally, DAMAC continues to expand, having delivered over 48,000 residential units and selling more than 3,500 villas worth AED 10 bn in just 10 hours in December 2024.
