Nilestone Developments announced that it has assigned the full architectural design of its upcoming project, “Samaya”, to Raef Fahmi Architects office, one of the most prominent architectural firms in Egypt and the Arab region. The partnership reflects the company’s commitment to delivering a modern and sustainable residential community that enhances investment value, Invest-Gate reports.
Eng. Omar Abu El Joud, CEO of Nilestone Developments, said the decision was based on a shared vision with Raef Fahmi to create a project that integrates modern design with local character and provides an exceptional living experience, not just housing. He highlighted Fahmi’s long-standing expertise in projects with a community and sustainable focus, and his unique design philosophy that places people, at the center of every project.
Located on 12 acres in the Golden Square, Hadayek October, close to Zewail University and the Global Village, “Samaya” offers a strategic location in West Cairo. More than 80% of the project will be dedicated to green areas, lakes, and open spaces. The development will also feature a diverse range of residential units from 70 to 210 sqm with wide terraces, along with integrated services including a commercial mall, administrative hub, clubhouse, mosque, gym, kids’ areas, family spaces, and smart parking.
Architect Raef Fahmi noted that the project represents Nilestone’s philosophy of creating a unique urban experience, blending design excellence with quality of life. He added that the architectural design allows flexibility in unit layouts, enabling residents to customize their homes while enjoying an innovative and sustainable community.
