Sorouh Developments Obtains ACUD Approval for Additional Floor at Entrada Project

Sorouh Developments has secured approval from the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) to add an extra floor to its flagship Entrada project in the New Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The approval enhances the project’s investment value, increasing available units and space to meet growing demand. Entrada consists of a ground floor and eight upper floors, located in R7 district on the Central Axis Road—facing the International Exhibition City, near The Knowledge Hub Universities, and just steps from the Cathedral.

Spanning only 19% built-up area, the project features extensive green landscapes, artificial lakes, and one of the lowest loading ratios in the capital, starting from 18%. It offers a wide range of unit types, including ground-floor units with gardens, typical apartments, and duplexes, with areas from 91 to 250 sqm. Flexible payment plans are available, starting at 10% down payment and extending up to 10 years.

The development also integrates a commercial, administrative, and medical mall, social club, swimming pools, gym, and underground parking, along with full security and maintenance services. Engineering consultancy is provided by Ehaf, architectural design by Mimar Architects, while Detac and Spanish contractor Redcon are executing construction.

According to Sorouh CEO Ahmed Harby, the approval reflects ACUD’s confidence in the company’s compliance with urban standards, while boosting the project’s market appeal. CCO Hany Sonallah highlighted Entrada’s prime location as one of the best residential sites in the capital, directly linking it to Al Masa Hotel, the Government District, the Presidential Palace, and Suez Road.
