Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, in partnership with Reedy Developments, has announced the launch of TEN ISLANDS, a landmark coastal community in Ras El Hekma at km 182, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 102 feddans with a 350-meter beachfront, the project introduces a first-of-its-kind concept in Egypt: every unit enjoys its own private beach. The master plan features 10 interconnected sandy lagoons stretching over 10 km, forming ten exclusive islands dedicated to standalone villas, townhouses, and cabanas. Unit sizes range from 168 to 280 sqm, offering a lifestyle built on privacy, luxury, and family living.
