The company officially launched in Egypt with a major ceremony introducing OC as its first project, aligned with Egypt’s Vision 2030 for sustainable urban development. Backed by more than 25 years of experience in Egypt and Germany, and a portfolio of over 90 projects locally and six abroad, Sckylers aims to bring a fresh model that blends smart design, luxury, and integrated services, Invest-Gate reports.
Engineer Hassan Mohamed Hassanein, Chairman of Sckylers, said the company’s investment in the administrative, commercial, and medical sectors through OC embodies its ambition. “Our goal is to redefine the future of real estate with unconventional urban and investment concepts,” he noted.
Dr. Hussein Hassanein, Chief Executive Officer, said OC is located on Suez Road in New Cairo on a 16,339 sqm plot with a built-up area of 57,000 sqm. The development includes five distinctive buildings, with 60% of the site dedicated to open, sustainable spaces. “The project integrates administrative, medical, commercial, and leisure components, offering a modern environment that supports productivity and lifestyle needs,” he explained.
Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Head of the Commercial Sector, emphasized that OC is more than a real estate project: “It is a complete experience for life, work, and innovation.” The project will host modern offices, retail outlets, cafés, restaurants, and fully equipped medical spaces, along with cultural zones and extensive children’s facilities. Sckylers also introduces flexible smart payment plans and a partnership with AXA to provide client protection against default risks.
Architect Makhlouf Emad, Project Designer, described OC as a mix of modern aesthetics and functional space use, with wide open areas and sustainable details, positioning it as a new architectural landmark in East Cairo.
With OC, Sckylers seeks to reshape the urban landscape in Egypt and deliver integrated, future-ready destinations.
