Mass Developments will participate in Cityscape Egypt 2025, the country’s largest real estate exhibition, from 24 to 27 September. Located in Hall 3, Booth A60, the company will present its flagship projects Yardin New Cairo and Olin Social District, offering exclusive exhibition deals and flexible payment plans, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Atef Monai, Chairman of Mass Developments, said the company’s presence reflects its commitment to engaging with clients and investors through leading industry platforms. He noted that Mass Developments is preparing to launch new residential and commercial projects in West Cairo, a 50-feddan project in the New Capital’s R8 district, and additional projects in New Cairo, with launches beginning in late 2025.

Eng. Mamdouh Fikry, Board Member of Mass Developments and Founder of Concept Engineering & Constructions, explained that Yardin New Cairo enjoys a strategic location near key highways and landmarks, offering a fully integrated residential community with unit sizes ranging from 66 sqm to 321 sqm duplexes. He added that the company collaborates with leading firms—including Azure Architects, Inspire Integrated, and Bonyan—to ensure top-quality delivery.

Fikry also highlighted Olin Social District, a mega mall on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in Fifth Settlement. The project will feature retail, administrative, medical, and entertainment facilities, serving a community of over 350,000 residents. Amenities include an entertainment zone, fitness center, children’s area, cafés, restaurants, and full digital connectivity.

Ahmed El-Dessouky, Chief Sales Officer at Mass Developments, said the company is targeting EGP 1bn in sales during Cityscape. He stressed that the exhibition provides clients with exclusive offers and the opportunity to explore a wide range of projects and developers in one place.
