Arabco Developments has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, taking place from September 24–27, where it will unveil its latest project, HubWalk, at its exhibition stand, Invest-Gate reports.
Eng. Mohamed Ouf, Chairman of Arabco Developments, said the company’s participation reflects its strategy to maintain a strong presence in leading real estate exhibitions locally and regionally. He emphasized that Cityscape provides a powerful platform to showcase new projects to a broad client base and a valuable opportunity for direct engagement with potential buyers.
Arabco will launch HubWalk, a mixed-use commercial, administrative, and medical project located in the heart of the Golden Square, New Cairo. The development spans around 11,000 sqm, with a total built-up area exceeding 21,000 sqm.
Ouf highlighted that HubWalk represents a significant addition to Egypt’s real estate market due to its strategic location and smart, contemporary design that integrates diverse functions within one destination. The project comprises a ground floor and five upper levels, in addition to two underground parking floors. The ground and mezzanine levels are dedicated to retail outlets and cafés with outdoor spaces, while the first to fourth floors house offices and medical clinics with dedicated entrances.
Unit sizes start at 36 sqm for retail, 34 sqm for offices, and 39 sqm for clinics. Notably, 90% of the units overlook Wadi Degla Club and Golden Square villas, while most retail units feature outdoor areas for displays or customer relaxation.
To support investors, Arabco is offering flexible payment plans starting with a 5% down payment and installments over up to eight years. Administrative and medical units will be delivered fully finished to the highest quality standards.
With an extensive track record, Arabco has successfully delivered over 300 projects in Dubai and more than 100 in Egypt, ranging from residential towers and commercial malls to residential compounds. Notable projects include Livelli Mall and Cattleya Compound in New Cairo.
