Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD) announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, where it will present exclusive offers on its two flagship projects, Veyora and Nova Square, as part of its strategy to strengthen client engagement at major real estate events, Invest-Gate reports.

The second project, Nova Square, is a mixed-use mall in New Narges, Fifth Settlement, directly on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. Spanning 9,175 sqm over five floors, the project combines commercial, administrative, and medical spaces, developed with Sabbour Consulting and Incomercial. Facilities include a 2,700 sqm plaza, EV charging stations, a hypermarket, gym and spa, kids’ area, and one of Fifth Settlement’s largest open-air spaces.
