Hyde Park Developments, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, announced preparations to launch its third flagship project in 6th of October City, following the success of its Garden Lakes and Tawny communities. The new project comes as part of Hyde Park’s strategy to expand and diversify its portfolio while reinforcing its presence in West Cairo. All of the company’s projects are known for strategic locations and integrated services, ensuring sustainable value for residents and investors.

Tawny, Hyde Park’s boutique compound in 6th of October, is scheduled to begin unit deliveries before the end of 2025. Designed as a complete lifestyle community, it features green spaces, swimming pools, a commercial hub, restaurants, medical facilities, and children’s areas. Garden Lakes, another hallmark development, spans 69 feddans with investments of EGP 11bn and offers upscale apartments and duplexes overlooking serene lakes and landscaped greenery. Its final phase, Park Residence, was recently launched after the rapid sell-out of earlier phases.
