Mr. Karim Shaalan, CEO of Royal Developments, revealed that the company is preparing to launch a new project in New Cairo as part of its expansion strategy, while continuing to promote Monarch. He emphasized that Royal’s vision focuses on creating integrated urban communities distinguished by innovation, quality, and smart design. Shaalan added that East Cairo represents a promising hub for long-term investment, thanks to its advanced infrastructure and close connection to the New Capital. He highlighted that construction progress at Monarch has been significant, with 20% of total concrete works completed, 40% of the first phase delivered, and nearly all units of the final phase sold. He stressed the company’s commitment to delivering projects on schedule while maintaining high standards.
Mr. Saher Magdy, Chief Commercial Officer of Royal Developments, underlined the importance of the company’s participation in major real estate exhibitions like Cityscape. He noted that the Egyptian property market has shown improved performance in Q3 2025, with rising demand for secure, long-term investments. He added that Mostakbal City has emerged as a key investment destination in East Cairo, benefiting from its strategic location and strong infrastructure links.
Magdy pointed out that Monarch is designed as a fully integrated community, with 20% of its 40-feddan area dedicated to residential units and the rest to green spaces and services. He described the project as an ideal choice for both upscale living and secure investment, reflecting a balance between smart design and modern family needs.
