Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the start of handovers for residential units at the “Valley Towers East” project in the 14th District of New Obour City. The project was launched in the first phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative for Egyptians abroad, in line with state directives to provide suitable housing that meets the aspirations of all segments of society, Invest-Gate reports.
El Sherbini emphasized that the initiative offers distinctive residential and investment opportunities, combining luxury units with strategic locations, competitive prices, and flexible payment plans, making it an ideal option for Egyptians living abroad. He noted that the project reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to expand urban development and deliver modern, fully serviced housing units that support Egypt’s sustainable development goals.
Meanwhile, Eng. Mahmoud Mourad, Head of the New Obour City Authority, confirmed that 32 buildings comprising 185 units—ranging from 89 to 116 sqm—will be delivered according to a set timetable that extends until Sunday, October 19, 2025. Two additional days, October 20 and 21, have been allocated for beneficiaries unable to attend during the original schedule.
Mourad called on beneficiaries to adhere to the designated handover dates and ensure that all required documents and payment receipts are presented to facilitate smooth and timely delivery.
Strategically located near key highways and major thoroughfares, Valley Towers East features contemporary designs built to the highest standards of quality and comfort. The project offers a safe, integrated community environment that ensures an elevated living experience for its residents.
