Mass Developments Achieves EGP 925mn in Sales at Cityscape Egypt 2025

Mass Developments announced record sales of EGP 925mn during its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, held from September 24 to 27, highlighting the company’s strong market position and client trust in its real estate offerings, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Atef Monai, Chairman of Mass Developments, stated that the remarkable turnout at the company’s pavilion reflects its solid presence in Egypt’s real estate market and its ability to deliver products that combine strategic locations, innovative designs, and flexible payment plans. He added that the company plans to expand into West Cairo with new residential and commercial projects, alongside a 50-feddan residential development in the R8 district of the New Capital and new projects in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, starting from Q4 2025 through 2026.

During the exhibition, Mass Developments showcased two key projects: Yardin New Cairo and Olin Social District, both attracting significant interest from clients seeking integrated residential and commercial experiences in East Cairo.

Eng. Mamdouh Fekry, Board Member of Mass Developments and Founder of Concept Engineering and Constructions, explained that Yardin New Cairo enjoys a prime location just minutes away from major roads including South 90th Street, the Middle Ring Road, and Ain Sokhna Road. The project offers a fully integrated residential community with unit sizes ranging from 66 sqm to 321 sqm duplexes, complemented by flexible payment systems.

He also highlighted Olin Social District, located on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in the Fifth Settlement, opposite the Al Narges residential area with over 350,000 residents. The development serves as a mixed-use hub encompassing retail, administrative, medical, and entertainment facilities, featuring cafés, restaurants, fitness and jogging areas, a children’s zone, a government registry office, hologram technology, and free Wi-Fi across the complex.

Mr. Ahmed El-Desouky, CSO of Mass Developments, noted that the company’s pavilion drew strong client engagement due to its distinguished projects, competitive prices, and exclusive offers. He added that visitors appreciated the diverse payment options, which catered to different purchasing powers.
