The 17th edition of Nile Property Expo kicked off in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, under the patronage of Egypt’s Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, marking another milestone in the exhibition’s mission to promote Egyptian real estate to international audiences, Invest-Gate reports.
The opening day witnessed a strong turnout from Saudi clients and Egyptian expatriates, reflecting growing confidence in Egyptian developers and the quality of their projects.
A total of 24 major Egyptian real estate companies are taking part in this year’s edition, including G Developments, New Giza, Hassan Allam Properties, Nations of Sky Developments, Tatweer Misr, Ora, SODIC, Sky Abu Dhabi, Hyde Park, CRED, Beta Developments, La Vista, Wadi Degla, Mint Developments, Delta Capital, Al Karma, El Dawlia, and the Urban Development Fund under the Egyptian Cabinet.
Dr. Bassem Kalila, Chairman of Kalila Conferences and Exhibitions — the organizing company behind Nile Property Expo — stated that the continued strong attendance reflects “the confidence of clients abroad in the Egyptian product and in the exhibition, which is always keen to attract serious developers and provide exclusive offers tailored to their needs.”
He added that the 17th edition marks the third event organized by the company in 2025, following successful editions in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, with another round planned before the end of the year — a sign of the high demand for Egyptian real estate and the exhibition’s growing success.
Dr. Kalila emphasized that “real estate exhibitions are an essential promotional tool for the sector,” highlighting the strength of the Egyptian market, supported by experienced developers offering high-quality products with competitive offers and payment plans.
He explained that all offers presented by participating companies have been carefully designed to meet the needs of both Egyptian expatriates and Saudi investors, confirming that the exhibition acts as “a new bridge of economic cooperation between the two countries in the field of real estate investment.”
Since its launch in 2017, Nile Property Expo has established itself as the leading Egyptian real estate event abroad, thanks to its professional organization, credible partnerships, and consistent ability to connect Egyptian developers with regional investors seeking secure, high-return investment opportunities.
