Uptown 6 October and Russian Company Bronya Launch ‘Bronya Egypt’ with Exclusive Distribution Agreement Signed in the Presence of Egyptian and Russian Officials

Uptown 6 October has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Russian company Bronya to launch Bronya Egypt, a new entity that will exclusively distribute advanced thermal insulation products across Egypt and Africa through its subsidiary, TiVC Trade. The partnership reflects the company’s strategy to diversify its investments and expand its industrial footprint in line with regional sustainable development goals, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed during the Made in Russia International Export Forum, held in Moscow on October 21, 2025. The MoU was signed by Ahmed Abou Zaid, Chairman of Uptown 6 October, via TiVC Trade, in the presence of official representatives from both governments — Ruslan Arsamirzaev, Representative of the Russian Export Center in Egypt; Nina Sukhareva, Development Director at the Russian-Egyptian Business Council; and Ahmed Ayad, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Egyptian Commercial and Economic Office of the Egyptian Embassy.

The Uptown 6 October delegation also included Moataz Shaarawy, Vice Chairman; Mukhtar El-Shazly, Board Member; Ahmed Yehia, Business Development Manager; and Roubir Gadallah, Russian Public Relations Advisor.

The Made in Russia Forum is one of Europe’s leading economic events, attracting over 10,000 participants from more than 80 countries. It serves as a global platform to enhance industrial and trade cooperation, create strategic partnerships, and open new markets for export and investment opportunities.

Under this partnership, Bronya Egypt will hold exclusive rights to distribute Bronya’s liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings across Egypt and Africa. The technology offers exceptional energy efficiency, as a 1-millimeter coating provides insulation equivalent to 50–60 millimeters of traditional mineral wool, while also being moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, and corrosion-proof.

Operations of Bronya Egypt will be based in El Benaa Mall at Uptown 6 October City, leveraging Egypt’s strategic geographic position as a gateway between Russia and Africa. The company aims to serve multiple sectors, including residential and commercial real estate, industrial facilities, energy projects, and infrastructure developments—offering sustainable solutions that enhance energy efficiency and support environmental goals.

This partnership underscores Uptown 6 October’s commitment to advancing industrial technology, fostering international expertise transfer, and reinforcing Egypt’s role as a regional hub for trade and manufacturing across Africa.
