Modon Developments announced the signing of a cooperation protocol with “El Nady Club” to integrate comprehensive sports facilities and services within its residential communities in the New Capital, New Cairo, and West Cairo. The agreement was signed during the official inauguration of El Nady Club in the New Capital, Invest-Gate reports.
The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, and Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, alongside several ministers and senior officials including Dr. Hani Sweilem, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation; Dr. Sameh Hefny, Minister of Civil Aviation; Counselor Mahmoud Fawzy, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs and Political Communication; Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade; Dr. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance; Mr. Mohamed Gibran, Minister of Labor; and Major Gen. Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
Mr. Ahmed Osama, CEO of Modon Developments, emphasized that the partnership with El Nady Club aligns with the company’s commitment to developing fully integrated communities and supporting youth empowerment in Egypt. He stated that the company aims to act as a national partner in shaping a promising future for young generations.
Osama highlighted that last year Modon Developments partnered with Italian football legend Francesco Totti to launch the first football academy in Egypt and the Middle East operated under Totti’s management, located within the Villagio compound in 6th of October City. He confirmed plans to replicate this successful model across additional Modon projects. He stressed that the company is committed to introducing global sports talent and providing full support for youth development.
Recently, Modon Developments launched its newest project, New Capital Lagoons, in the R8 district of the New Capital. The 60-acre development features 10 acres of lagoons, with only 20% built-up area and 80% dedicated to green spaces, water features, and lifestyle amenities. The project includes apartments starting from three bedrooms, townhouses, and twin houses, all overlooking parks and lagoons and located near key city landmarks such as the Iconic Tower, Green River, Central Park, Diplomatic District, Opera House, and Capital Airport.
