Housing and Development Properties (HDP), the real estate arm of Housing and Development Bank, has signed a cooperation agreement with Rowad Modern Engineering to execute the “Terrace Plaza – Clinics” project in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.
Spanning 10,500 sqm in West Cairo, the project includes two basement floors for parking, a ground floor for retail spaces, and three upper floors for administrative and medical units. With a total investment of EGP 1.1 bn, the project aims to deliver an integrated destination combining modern design, functionality, and sustainability, meeting the evolving needs of clients and enhancing quality of life.
Commenting on the agreement, Eng. Amgad Hassanein, Vice Chairman of HDP, stated: “This partnership marks an important step in developing a comprehensive commercial and administrative project that elevates living standards. We chose Rowad Modern Engineering for its extensive experience and proven track record in delivering large-scale projects with the highest quality standards.”
