Eng. Ahmed El Sehetry, Chairman of Wise Developments, announced that the company secured the permit ahead of schedule, underscoring the efficiency of its planning and operations. Located in the Yasmeen Services Center in New Cairo, near major residential and entertainment hubs, the mall is positioned to become one of the city’s landmark destinations.

El Sehetry stated, “Wise Developments is racing against time, as always. He confirmed that excavation and construction work will commence within days, marking the official start of the project’s implementation phase using advanced engineering standards and modern construction technologies.
