La Vita Development announced that it will begin the first deliveries of its “Lavita 2” project on the North Coast in summer 2026, enabling clients to enjoy their units in the upcoming season. At the same time, the company revealed that it has completed 45% of construction works at its Lavita 4 project, Invest-Gate reports.
Mr. Amr Abdel Aziz, Chairman of La Vita Development, stated that the company has finalized all building structures at Lavita 2 and has begun the finishing phase in accordance with the highest quality standards. He emphasized that work is progressing according to a strict timeline despite market fluctuations, reaffirming the company’s unwavering commitment to its clients.
He added that Lavita 2 comprises 160 units ranging between 50 and 90 sqm, designed to maximize space efficiency and provide residents with an elevated lifestyle and luxurious experience. Abdel Aziz also revealed plans to launch a hotel project on a 2-acre site in New Alamein, with full details to be announced soon. He noted that the upcoming project will mark a significant milestone in terms of location, design, and investment potential, aligning with the company’s strategy of developing innovative projects with distinctive and unconventional investment models.
Mr. Ramy Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of La Vita Development, explained that implementation progress at Lavita 4 has reached 45%, as the company continues to adhere to its construction and delivery schedules to preserve clients’ trust and satisfaction. He pointed out that reaching the fourth project on the North Coast demonstrates clients’ confidence in La Vita and their continued interest in acquiring units within its developments.
He noted that Lavita 4 spans 6 acres and includes a range of residential and touristic facilities, such as multiple swimming pools, children’s areas, a gym, a mosque, an aqua park, artificial waterfalls, landscaped green spaces, a shopping mall, and hotel-managed units. Approximately 75% of the project has already been sold, with ongoing work on the first and second phases and delivery planned for 2027.
Mr. Ramy Abdel Aziz added that La Vita Development offers hotel management services, enabling clients to rent out their units during periods of non-use, thereby ensuring dual benefits — personal enjoyment of the property and a steady return on investment.
