Misr Italia Properties announced the details of Phase Two of its flagship Red Sea project, Kai Sokhna, titled “Can Limon,” during a media tour that highlighted the company’s commitment to developing vibrant, year-round coastal destinations, Invest-Gate reports.
The event was attended by leading media figures and senior executives from Misr Italia Properties, including Eng. Kai Sokhna stands as a transformative project redefining Ain Sokhna from a seasonal retreat into a vibrant, year-round community that balances luxury, lifestyle, and accessibility. Designed by Alchemy Design Studio, the development blends modern architecture with the coastal environment to create a serene seaside sanctuary that promotes relaxation and well-being. With a natural one-kilometer sandy beach and a strategic location close to Cairo, Kai Sokhna offers both an ideal weekend escape and a long-term living experience.
The newly introduced phase, “Can Limon,” reflects Misr Italia Properties’ continued expansion in hospitality-driven coastal living. Developed in collaboration with The Lemon Tree – TLT Concepts, the phase includes 145 serviced residences, offering fully managed, hotel-style living. With an investment value of EGP 1.3bn, construction has reached 80% structural completion, with deliveries expected within 18 months and full completion slated for 2027.
