BINBAZ Developments Unveils WestVille as Its First Entry into Egypt’s Real Estate Market, Plans Three Major Projects in Five Years

BINBAZ Developments has officially entered Egypt’s real estate market with the launch of WestVille, an integrated urban development in West Cairo that marks the company’s first project in the country and the beginning of a broader five-year expansion plan, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Khattab, CEO of BINBAZ Developments, said WestVille presents “an innovative model for real estate development in West Cairo,” combining a strategic location with comprehensive services to offer residents “a complete living experience” while supporting strong investment returns. He described the project as a significant start for the company’s ambitions in the Egyptian market.

Located on 21 acres overlooking Dahshour Link Road—two minutes from the 26th of July Corridor and one minute from Mall of Egypt—WestVille will feature residential units, serviced apartments, and a mixed-use commercial and administrative hub. Unit sizes will range from 53 to 171 sqm, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments. Buildings will rise ground plus three floors, with construction scheduled to begin mid-2026 and handovers expected within three years.

Khattab said the development integrates balanced urban planning, optimized interior and exterior layouts, and entertainment and commercial services within a unified framework to ensure quality and comfort.

BINBAZ Developments also announced the appointment of Raef Fahmy, architect and head of his namesake firm, as project consultant. The company praised the firm’s longstanding expertise in delivering high-quality, integrated developments.

Khattab added that BINBAZ Developments plans to expand into East Cairo and the North Coast, targeting three major projects over the next five years, supported by the company’s strong financial position and institutional expertise.

The launch event drew business leaders, public figures, and members of the House of Representatives and Senate, underscoring the project’s prominence and the company’s ambitions in the Egyptian real estate sector.
