Bwc for Construction has achieved rapid implementation progress on the Villagio project in Sixth of October City, owned by MODON Developments, which was launched last year, Invest-Gate reports.

Eng. Hany El Sergany, Chairman of Bwc for Construction and Board Member of MODON Developments, announced that the company has fully completed the first phase of the Villagio project, with work on the second phase set to begin within days.

El Sergany emphasized that the company is committed to delivering projects with the highest quality standards and within record timeframes. He added that Bwc prioritizes collaboration with leading real estate developers who possess clear strategic visions and efficient execution plans, ensuring the timely delivery of their contractual obligations to customers.

He further revealed that the company is preparing to execute works valued at EGP 9bn during 2026.

El Sergany noted that the current period presents one of the most favorable moments for accelerating project implementation, supported by Egypt’s improving economic stability and the decline in the U.S. dollar exchange rate, which has contributed to stabilizing raw material prices.

Villagio Compound is one of MODON Developments’ flagship real estate projects, spanning 40 feddans in the Golden Square of Sixth of October City. The compound features a range of villas and serviced apartments, strategically located in one of the most distinguished areas in the eastern expansions, directly opposite Al-Gezira Club.
