C Developments has announced the launch of new phases in its flagship projects CRCL and AJAN, in response to rising demand for integrated commercial, service, and residential developments—reflecting growing client confidence in the company’s offerings and its commitment to delivering flexible, investor-friendly payment options, Invest-Gate reports.
Eng. Hossam Salah, CEO of C Developments, affirmed that the company continues to implement its projects according to the highest standards of quality, planning, and timely execution. He emphasized that adherence to delivery schedules reinforces client trust and strengthens investor appetite, especially amid the current surge in demand for diverse real estate products across the market.
Salah explained that the newly released units in both projects will be offered with flexible and convenient payment systems tailored to the needs of different customer segments, whether investors or end-users. He highlighted that the CRCL project is an integrated commercial and service hub built on 5,000 sqm, comprising a ground floor and three upper floors, in addition to independent administrative and medical buildings, a pharmacy, hypermarket, and a designated F&B zone. The project offers versatile unit areas, including commercial spaces starting from 13 sqm, clinics from 35 sqm, and office units from 20 sqm, all delivered in semi-finished form to support diverse business needs.
The company has officially opened the second phase of CRCL, which introduces new ground-floor commercial units starting from 21 sqm, along with kiosk spaces on the first floor starting from 13 sqm, providing greater flexibility for investors seeking strategic retail exposure.
Regarding the AJAN project, Salah noted that the newly launched phase features Corner and Middle Townhouses with double façades overlooking swimming pools and expansive water features—an aspect designed to enhance the residential environment and elevate the overall living experience within the project.
