Madinet Masr has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qwell, a network specializing in senior lifestyle solutions, to introduce integrated smart living models tailored for seniors. The first Qwell residential community will be located within Madinet Masr’s “Esse Residence” development in Sarai. The community will feature 78 units, designed to accommodate the mobility and sensory needs of seniors. These units aim to offer a safe, comfortable lifestyle while maintaining Madinet Masr’s renowned standards of architectural excellence. The development seeks to set a new benchmark for senior living, promoting independence and integration within a luxurious environment.
