Backed with USD 1.1mn from A15, Beltone and angel investors, Byit Accelerates Its Mission to Disrupt PropTech in the Gulf

Byit Capital, a high-growth propTech platform based in the UAE, has secured USD 1.1mn in strategic funding from A15, Beltone Holding, and angel investors. This investment marks a significant step in the company’s mission to revolutionize the real estate brokerage market across the GCC, Invest-Gate reports.

Originally founded in Egypt, Byit expanded into the UAE and is now preparing for its next phase of growth, targeting Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf region. The support from prominent institutional investors highlights strong belief in Byit’s agent-first, transparent model, which aims to modernize the region’s fragmented and commission-driven real estate market.

With over 40,000 freelance brokers, Byit has quickly become one of the most disruptive propTech platforms in the area. The platform’s business model — offering agents up to 90% of developers’ commissions, access to verified developer inventory, a network of 450+ partners, and more than 1,000 mapped projects — provides a scalable, data-driven alternative to traditional brokerage systems.

The new funding will fuel Byit’s regional expansion, enhance its UAE operations, expedite its entry into Saudi Arabia, and expand its developer network across the Middle East. With strong momentum, a proven business model, and growing institutional support, Byit is poised to redefine how real estate transactions are sourced, managed, and closed in the region.

“Our goal has always been bigger than building a platform, it’s about setting a new standard for how the industry operates,” said Antoine Azer, Founder & CEO of Byit Capital. “This investment confirms that the market is ready for a fundamentally different kind of brokerage model, one that prioritizes transparency, accountability, and real value for both agents and developers.”
