In a move aimed at reinforcing its strong and far-reaching presence across Greater Cairo, Emaar Misr announced the launch of new residential phases at “Mivida Gardens” in East Cairo, alongside a new offering of diverse residential units at “Belle Vie” in West Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
This step underscores the company’s strategy to develop fully integrated communities across both sides of the capital (New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed), catering to the growing demand for its projects, which have become a benchmark for luxury living.
The expansion of “Mivida Gardens” in East Cairo builds on solid on-ground achievements, particularly with construction works having commenced in October last year on the 500-feddan project, which represents investments exceeding EGP 100 billion.

As part of its ambitious expansion plans, Emaar Misr revealed that a wide range of residential units will be launched during the first quarter of this year at “Belle Vie,” the 500-feddan mixed-use development in the heart of West Cairo. The new offerings include standalone villas starting from 205 sqm, townhouses from 183 sqm, and contemporary apartments starting from 85 sqm, catering to various customer segments. With total investments reaching EGP 63 billion, the project enjoys a prime strategic location near Sphinx International Airport and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Construction is progressing at an accelerated pace, with unit deliveries having commenced this year and scheduled to continue intensively through the end of 2026, enabling homeowners to move in within a short timeframe.

Construction works for “Mivida Gardens” commenced in October 2025, less than four months after the project’s official launch and the sale of its first phase.
