Eng. Mostafa Mohsen, Chairman of Empire State Developments, stated that the company witnessed strong customer turnout from the very first day of allocation, emphasizing that most reservations were completed with great ease. He explained that the company had bet from the outset on the awareness of the Egyptian consumer and their ability to understand the Loft unit concept—an expectation that has been realized on the ground. He also noted that the choice of the name UPMOUNT reflects the project’s philosophy and location, as the name means “the elevated plateau,” aligning with the nature of the land and the project’s distinguished positioning.
