Investments of EGP 500mn … Palmier Developments Enhances the Execution of Zayard Elite Project in Preparation for Delivery in December 2026

Palmier Developments announced the signing of a new contract with Sky Contracting, one of the major contracting companies operating in the Egyptian market, to complete the works of its residential project Zayard Elite in New Zayed City, within the framework of the company’s plan to accelerate the pace of execution and deliver the project in full before the scheduled date during 2026, Invest-Gate reports.

Palmier Developments confirmed that the completion rate of the project has currently reached about 75% of the concrete structure works, with building and external plastering works continuing, noting that execution rates are proceeding according to the approved timetable, ensuring the delivery of the project in December 2026.

The company explained that the contract with Sky Contracting includes completing the concrete structure works within the project, which comes within total investments amounting to approximately EGP 500mn, covering infrastructure and construction works, with full investments to be completed during 2026.

The Zayard Elite project is built on an area of 15 feddans, with a total built-up area of about 63,000 sqm, and includes 118 villas of various types, including standalone villas and twin houses, designed according to the latest architectural standards to provide an integrated residential experience that combines privacy and luxury.

Palmier Developments confirmed that this contract reflects its strategy based on cooperating with strong and experienced contracting companies, with the aim of accelerating project completion, ensuring the highest levels of quality, and delivering units before the scheduled dates.

Zayard Elite enjoys a number of competitive advantages, most notably its unique location about 500 meters from the Dahshur Link Road, on elevated land with natural terracing that grants all units distinctive views, in addition to its proximity to vital services and the tourist promenade in the Dahshur area.

The project includes wide green spaces, water lakes, recreational areas, and playgrounds, in addition to a set of integrated services, including barbecue areas, children’s play areas, private gardens, a water fountain, and private parking spaces.

The project is distinguished by easy access to main axes, as it is only minutes away from the Alexandria Desert Road, Mall of Arabia, Dahshur Link Road, Sphinx International Airport, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which enhances its residential and investment value.
