He explained that the total sales volume of the project exceeds EGP 15bn, and that the project also includes a commercial component (mall) on its main façade serving the project’s residents and the surrounding area.

2026 will be the year of construction for the company
Excavation works and perimeter fencing will begin during the first half of 2026
