ORA Developers Egypt has announced the upcoming launch of The Cove, the new residential phase within its flagship Silver Sands North Coast project, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 71 feddans (approximately 300,000 sqm), the phase reflects the company’s commitment to delivering fully integrated, master-planned communities characterized by privacy, comfort, and long-term investment value.
