During a media meeting, Mohamed Allam, Vice Chairman and CEO of Hassan Allam Properties, stated that the company’s real estate development philosophy goes beyond architectural and engineering designs, extending to the creation of sustainable communities that foster a sense of safety and belonging while meeting the evolving needs of future generations.

He added that the company’s development philosophy is built on a simple principle: developing for clients as if developing for their own families. This commitment is reflected in the meticulous attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship across the company’s portfolio, which now includes more than 25 mixed-use projects across Egypt, from Cairo to the North Coast and the Red Sea.

Mohamed Allam also noted that, in addition to residential developments, the group continues to expand into hospitality, as well as mixed-use projects in the sports and education sectors, through partnerships with leading local and international entities to deliver fully integrated destinations that meet residents’ needs.

The meeting comes as part of Hassan Allam Properties’ ongoing efforts to strengthen engagement with media organizations in Egypt and share insights into the company’s vision and latest developments.
