MBG Developments has announced that it has obtained Ministerial Decree No. 216 of 2026 for its flagship residential project, Diplo East New Capital, one of the most prominent developments in Egypt’s New Capital. Diplo East is located in one of the most prime areas of the New Capital, directly facing the Diplomatic District, the Embassies Area, and the United Nations building, on Plot 1A spanning 65 feddans.

The project is designed as a low density residential development, with landscaping and green spaces occupying more than 80% of the total area, making it a unique investment opportunity in the capital. It also enjoys proximity to the largest sports club in the area.
