Minister of Housing Reviews Marketing Performance of New Urban Communities Authority Projects with Saudi Egyptian Developers

Eng. Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, met with Eng. Mohamed Taher, CEO of Saudi Egyptian Developers, along with company officials, to review the marketing performance of a number of projects affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority, Invest-Gate reports.

The meeting comes as part of her ongoing engagements with real estate marketing and development companies to follow up on the implementation of marketing plans and the status of housing unit deliveries to beneficiaries, in the presence of officials from the Ministry and the Authority.

Maximizing Returns and Raising Occupancy Rates in New Cities

The Minister of Housing emphasized that the Ministry has a comprehensive vision for marketing and promoting all residential and developmental projects in new cities, with the aim of maximizing the utilization of investments injected into these projects, increasing occupancy rates, and enhancing returns.

These returns, in turn, support the continued rollout of new projects across various segments to meet citizens’ needs and demands, while sustaining the Ministry’s role in urban development initiatives—some of which are partially funded by revenues generated from the projects targeted for marketing.

During the meeting, the CEO of Saudi Egyptian Developers reviewed the sales volumes of units marketed by the company in New Alamein City, specifically in the Latin District, as well as the “Sawary” project in Alexandria and “Arabisque” in the Sur Magra El Oyoun area, in addition to the delivery status of each.

He also presented updates on the company’s projects in the Marina area, including “La Plage,” “Marina 8,” and “Marina 8 by the Lake,” along with a number of investment opportunities in new cities, which represent key pillars of sustainable development in Egypt.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Eng. Randa El Menshawy directed the swift delivery of completed units to beneficiaries, with strict adherence to quality standards, and stressed the importance of continuing well-planned marketing campaigns to promote projects and stimulate demand.

She also underscored the need to utilize modern marketing tools to ensure that information reaches citizens across all segments, thereby positively impacting new cities and enhancing the quality of life within them.
