Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued a number of decisions regarding transfers and new appointments within the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and new city development authorities.
These decisions come within the framework of empowering young talents and injecting new leadership blood into key positions to drive progress in ongoing projects, in light of work conditions and requirements for the upcoming period, Invest-Gate reports.
First: Assignments of NUCA Leadership and Central Sectors
The decisions stipulate the following:
Assigning Eng. Ahmed Ali Mohamed Hassan, at the excellent grade, Deputy Chairman of NUCA for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, to act as Deputy Chairman of NUCA for the Utilities Sector and the supervision, operation, and maintenance of networks and stations.
Assigning Eng. Abdelraouf Hamed El-Gheity, Assistant Deputy Chairman for the Utilities Sector and the supervision, operation, and maintenance of networks and stations, to oversee the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector.
Second: Assignments of New City Authority Heads
Assigning Eng. Ahmed Mohamed Abdelrazek, Supervisor of the Minister’s Office and General Manager of Designs and Survey Studies (secondment), to act as Head of the New 10th of Ramadan City Gardens Development Authority.
Assigning Mr. Ehab Hassan El-Marakby, Assistant Deputy Chairman for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, to act as Deputy Head of El-Shorouk City Authority for Real Estate Affairs.
Assigning Eng. Khaled Ahmed Sorour, Assistant Deputy Chairman for Development and Construction, to act as Head of the Mallawi and El-Fashn City Development Authority.
Third: Transfers Among Heads of City Authorities
The decisions also included transfers among heads of city authorities as follows:
Eng. Nader El-Sayed Zafaar, Head of New 10th of Ramadan City Gardens Authority, to act as Head of 6th of October City Authority.
Eng. Mohamed Adel El-Morsi, Head of 6th of October City Authority, to act as Head of New Salhia City Authority.
Eng. Ayman Abdel-Tawab El-Bazawy, Supervisor of El-Dabaa Projects, to act as Head of the Third Sector Development Authority on the North Coast.
Eng. Ali Mohamed Saad, Head of New Nubaria City Authority, to act as Head of New Fayoum City Authority.
Eng. Mohamed Abdullah Youssef, Supervisor of the authorities of (New Fayoum – New Beni Suef – New Minya), to act as Head of New Nubaria City Authority.
The decisions also included assigning Eng. Tarek Gamal El-Din Mohamed, Head of New Salhia City Authority, to serve as Supervisor of the same authority, and assigning Eng. Sherif Abdelbadea Mohamed, Head of New Fayoum City Authority, to act as Deputy Head of New 10th of Ramadan City Gardens Authority.
Fourth: Assignments at the Level of the Ministry of Housing and NUCA
The Minister also issued a decision assigning Eng. Islam Hassan Abdelkarim, Assistant to the First Deputy Chairman of NUCA, to act as Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Housing for Urban Communities.
Additionally, Eng. Mostafa Kamel Mohamed Abdel-Latif, Assistant to the Deputy Chairman of NUCA for Utilities and the supervision, operation, and maintenance of networks and stations, was assigned to act as Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Housing for Utilities.
Fifth: Assignments Outside the Authority
The decisions further included assigning Eng. Mohamed Mostafa Ahmed Morsi, Assistant Deputy Chairman of NUCA for Planning and Projects, to work at the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater.
