Record Breaking Net Sales

Emaar Misr for Development and its subsidiaries achieved the highest net sales in the company’s history, reaching EGP 176 billion in 2025, reflecting an annual growth rate of 262%. The strong performance underscores robust market demand and sustained customer confidence in the company’s diversified project portfolio, Invest-Gate reports.

Revenues reached EGP 19.8 billion, marking a 4.2% year on year increase, driven by accelerated delivery schedules and enhanced execution efficiency across ongoing developments. This performance highlights the company’s commitment to fulfilling its promises and strengthening operational performance.

Strong Profitability and Operational Performance

Gross profit recorded EGP 9.9 billion, the highest in the company’s history, supported by disciplined cost management and an improved product mix. The results reflect the strength of Emaar Misr’s business model and its ability to generate sustainable and healthy profit margins.

Net profit reached EGP 7.5 billion, representing a 17.2% year on year increase after neutralizing the impact of non-recurring items recorded in the previous year. This confirms the resilience and sustainability of the company’s core operational performance.

Hospitality and Recurring Income Growth

The hospitality segment reported a 33% year on year increase in revenues, driven by higher occupancy rates, an increase in average daily room rates, and improved operational efficiency.

Meanwhile, commercial leasing activities, including retail and commercial spaces leased to tenants, recorded a 43% annual increase. This reflects the continued expansion of recurring income streams and enhanced stability of cash flows.

Land Bank Expansion

During 2025, Emaar Misr and its subsidiaries strengthened their land portfolio by adding four new land plots totaling approximately 3,450 feddans. This expansion supports the company’s future growth strategy and reinforces its long term development pipeline.
