Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting to follow up on the executive status and deliveries of the beachfront towers and the “Mazarine” compound in New Alamein City. The meeting was attended by Dr. Walid Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for Urban Communities; Eng. Ahmed Omran, Deputy Minister of Housing for Utilities; officials from the ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority; and Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the New Alamein City Development Authority, Invest-Gate reports.
Follow-up on Beachfront Towers Execution and Unit Deliveries
At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Housing emphasized the importance of accelerating implementation rates and unit deliveries across various projects in New Alamein City, as it is one of the fourth-generation cities that receives significant attention from the political leadership.
She stressed the need to adhere to the highest standards of quality and finishing, reflecting the city’s civilized image.
During the meeting, the minister reviewed the executive status of the beachfront towers, completion rates across different project phases, as well as the status of unit deliveries to applicants. This included the executive status of air conditioning and civil protection systems, as well as water, sewage, fire, and elevator networks.
She directed intensifying work at project sites and completing all remarks within the specified timelines, with continuous follow-up on all execution details.

Accelerating “Mazarine” Works and Enhancing Operation and Maintenance Systems
The meeting also addressed the follow-up on the implementation and delivery status of units in the “Mazarine” compound, where the minister stressed the need to swiftly complete all project remarks and landscaping works to ensure the project’s readiness for delivery according to the scheduled timelines, while providing the highest level of services to residents.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister of Housing directed the need to strengthen the operation and maintenance system and to establish clear plans for managing projects after delivery, ensuring the preservation of investments and the quality of projects in the long term.
She also affirmed the continuation of regular and on-site follow-up of all projects in New Alamein City.
