Eng. Rana El-Manshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, issued 12 decisions to remove encroachments and building violations located in various areas under the jurisdiction of the Development Authorities (the Second Sector of the North Western Coast – West Port Said), Invest-Gate reports.

The Minister of Housing stressed the continuation of the Ministry’s efforts to remove building violations and encroachments in new cities and urban communities, and to implement ongoing campaigns to prevent informal practices and preserve the urban appearance of new cities.

Details of the recorded violations

The violations and encroachments included the construction of wooden sheds, rooftop structures, concrete ceilings, the building of a room, ground and repeated floors, as well as the construction of a water tank with a concrete, with varying activities, heights, and areas, all without obtaining the required permits and without any legal basis.
