PRE Group Signs Partnerships with 8 Global Hotel Brands to Expand its Investment Portfolio by 10,000 Hotel Rooms and Units

PRE Group announced that it is in the process of signing a series of strategic partnerships with eight of the world’s leading hotel brands over the coming weeks to develop and operate eight hotels within its major projects portfolio, in a move aimed at increasing its total hospitality capacity to approximately 10,000 hotel rooms and serviced units. Distribution of developments across key locations in Egypt

This step reflects the company’s commitment to delivering integrated real estate products built to global standards, in line with Egypt’s vision to increase hotel capacity and support future tourism targets. The units are divided into 4,000 hotel rooms and 6,000 fully serviced hotel apartments, distributed across various locations in Egypt, including Cairo projects Hadaba, Ivoire East, Ivoire West, and BBD, as well as Telal North Coast in the North Coast, Telal Sokhna in Ain Sokhna, and Marsa Alam.

Enhancing investment value and customer experience

Through this expansion, the company aims to maximize the investment value of its real estate projects, believing that integrating hospitality with residential and administrative developments directly enhances asset value and ensures sustainable returns. This initiative also aims to enrich the customer experience by offering a comprehensive package of premium hotel services and world-class facilities within its developments, improving quality of life and lifestyle standards. The company plans to begin implementation with the launch of the first phase, consisting of three hotels in the “Telal Ain Sokhna” project, paving the way for the operational launch of the group’s first hotels within one and a half years, reflecting strong operational readiness and accelerated execution across its portfolio.

Role of consultancy studies in enabling expansion

The agreements are the result of a strategic agreement and comprehensive study conducted by Colliers International with PRE Group last year. The study aimed to develop the group’s hotel and resort portfolio across 12 major projects in five key regions, including East and West Cairo, the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Marsa Alam. The objective was to select the best global operators and ensure each project is aligned with its location-specific characteristics according to the highest international standards, enhancing the company’s flexibility in delivering innovative hospitality products that position Egypt prominently on the global tourism map and support the state’s plans to expand hotel capacity.
