ÈLM Developments announced the launch of a pivotal phase in the development of its flagship commercial hub within the “ÈLM Tree” project in 6th of October City. This comes following the signing of a management and operation agreement with Savills Egypt, a leading real estate consultancy firm, to oversee the entire project, including administrative and operational consultancy as well as asset leasing. The agreement aims to deliver a premium administrative and commercial destination with world-class specifications, with expected total sales exceeding EGP 4 billion, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Dr. Yasser Abdel Maksoud, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of ÈLM Developments, and Mr. Catesby Langer Paget, Head of Savills Egypt, alongside representatives of Consolidated Contractors Company – Egypt (CCC Egypt), the project’s construction partner responsible for executing the commercial zone.
As part of the company’s commitment to ensuring sustainable performance, the agreement with Savills Egypt encompasses a comprehensive operational scope, starting from pre-operational consultancy, through financial systems setup and cost management, to full facility management and leasing services. This collaboration aims to adopt an institutional management model that ensures the highest standards of operational quality, efficiency, and tenant and visitor satisfaction, while preserving the long-term investment value of the assets, thereby strengthening the project’s position as a leading commercial and administrative destination in line with global quality standards.
An Innovative Design Integrating Nature and Workspaces
The commercial hub adopts a design concept centered on integrating nature with the workplace, with all commercial units enjoying direct and open views of the central green spaces. This creates an inspiring visual environment that blends business vitality with the serenity of nature. Construction works are set to commence in the third quarter (Q3) of the current year, with full project delivery targeted within three years.
The commercial hub spans 18 feddans, serving West Cairo, and is divided into two main sectors comprising 13 buildings with a total built-up area of 35,700 sqm. It offers a comprehensive mix of administrative offices, clinics, retail spaces, and restaurants of varying sizes.

The commercial hub is crowned by two iconic buildings that serve as a gateway to the community and a distinctive landmark along the Boulevard. All buildings are equipped with the latest smart systems, from elevators and security to fire safety systems and IT infrastructure, reflecting ÈLM’s vision of delivering a modern work and retail environment that combines solid construction by CCC Egypt with fully integrated management and operation by Savills Egypt.
ÈLM Tree is strategically located in the northern expansions of 6th of October City, spanning 58 feddans, with more than 80% of the area dedicated to green spaces and open areas. The project features a main frontage extending approximately 1,151 meters along the Boulevard axis, nearly one kilometer in length. It includes low-density residential units such as apartments and duplexes, in addition to a social club featuring a swimming pool, padel court, football field, and a children’s area, with a strong focus on high-quality construction across all facilities and amenities.
