In line with Egypt’s strategic direction to localize industry and enhance domestic production, Al Salmanya Group continues to develop and expand its industrial operations within the Egyptian market through its “Titanium Factory,” which specializes in metal fabrication, forming, and cladding works. This contributes to providing high-quality local products and reducing reliance on imports, Invest-Gate reports.

In this context, Ahmed Zaghloul, Deputy Chairman of Al Salmanya Group, stated that “Titanium” is one of the group’s fully integrated industrial entities. The factory relies on the latest machinery and advanced technologies to ensure precision and high product quality. It offers a wide range of services, including metal forming of various sizes suitable for all types of real estate projects, as well as the design and execution of cladding façades, laser cutting services, and the production of customized industrial components based on client requirements.

Zaghloul added that the factory’s expansion plan in the coming period includes introducing a number of new products, which will be announced soon. He noted that this direction aligns with the state’s strategy to support national industry and reduce pressure on foreign currency by providing competitive local alternatives that meet the needs of various sectors, particularly the real estate and industrial sectors.

He also pointed out that the factory encompasses a comprehensive set of activities, including the execution of metal façades and handrails, manufacturing electrical panels and lighting systems, as well as producing doors of various types. This positions the factory as an industrial partner in major projects. He emphasized that the group is continuously working on developing the factory and increasing its production capacity, especially in the field of external metal façades.

For his part, Mahmoud Farahat, Factory Manager of “Titanium,” said that the factory is witnessing continuous development in production lines and operating systems, ensuring the highest levels of quality and precision in execution. He noted that the factory relies on highly trained technical staff capable of handling the latest manufacturing technologies.

Farahat added that the factory has significant flexibility in executing various designs according to the specific needs of each project, whether in cladding works, metal fabrication, or electrical works. He confirmed that the current phase focuses on expanding the production of external façade components for projects, alongside developing integrated industrial solutions that help reduce costs and save time for clients, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
