New Jersey Developments has partnered with Talé Hotel to manage and operate the hospitality component of its Jura Sokhna project, while introducing a new concept under the name Talé Hotel Membership, reflecting the company’s strategy to deliver innovative solutions across both real estate and tourism sectors, Invest-Gate reports.
Hospitality partnership boosts investment value
The collaboration with Talé Hotel represents a strategic addition to the Jura Sokhna project, enhancing operational quality and increasing the project’s overall attractiveness amid rising demand for integrated real estate and hospitality developments.
According to Chairman Girgis Youssef, the presence of a strong hospitality brand not only elevates the project’s value but also strengthens the appeal of Ain Sokhna as a growing tourism destination.
Introducing a new ownership model
As part of its innovation driven approach, the company launched Talé Hotel Membership, a flexible model that combines property usage with hotel services, eliminating traditional operational burdens.
The concept allows clients to access serviced hospitality units starting from EGP 350,000, offering a new entry point for a broader customer segment seeking both investment and leisure value.

Flexible payment plans support demand
CEO Ahmed El-Zahed stated that the model grants clients one week of annual usage over a 10 year period, along with full access to five star hotel services.
He added that the offering includes flexible payment plans starting with a 20% down payment and installments of up to three years, aligning with current market demand.
Strengthening Jura Sokhna’s market position
This agreement is part of a broader strategy to position Jura Sokhna as a differentiated destination, driven by high quality operations and strong brand partnerships.
It also reflects the company’s commitment to developing innovative real estate products that enhance competitiveness and deliver sustainable investment value.
