Somabay Development Company announced the signing of a strategic partnership with TOMO Water Polo to launch the TOMO Somabay Egypt project. This step aims to develop the sport of water polo, build a strong foundation for it in the Red Sea region, and enhance Somabay’s position as a regional hub for water sports and international tournaments, Invest-Gate reports.
The agreement was signed in the presence of representatives from both companies, within a shared vision to establish an integrated ecosystem for developing the sport and providing young players with opportunities for training and international exposure.
Somabay’s management confirmed that this partnership will add a unique advantage to the Somabay destination, transforming it into an international platform for sports camps and global competitions, further strengthening its status as one of the world’s leading destinations for sports tourism, alongside swimming and equestrian events.
The new project is expected to contribute to:
