Through leveraging the specialized expertise of each partner, SIAC aims to deliver an exceptional residential experience with high operational efficiency, sustainability, and long-term investment value.

Eng. Nahla El Ebiary emphasized that these partnerships represent a pivotal step in SIAC’s journey toward excellence and differentiation. She stated:

“We believe that true innovation lies in integration and collaboration with leading specialized entities. Therefore, we always strive to achieve this synergy with our partners across various disciplines to deliver a distinguished real estate product. These agreements are not merely service collaborations; they represent a partnership in shaping a fully integrated lifestyle experience, ensuring that Rewaya is not only built with precision but also designed intelligently to operate efficiently and deliver long term investment returns.”

Vodafone Egypt: Digital Infrastructure & Smart Living

Eng. Karim Kamel, Head of Fixed Internet and Urban Communities at Vodafone Egypt, stated:

“We are proud to act as the main technology partner in the Rewaya project, where we are building a fully integrated digital infrastructure based on high speed connectivity, smart buildings, and IoT applications. Our role goes beyond providing technology to delivering a complete operational ecosystem that connects essential facilities, enhances energy efficiency, and improves safety and quality of life. This aligns with Vodafone Egypt’s strategy to develop smart communities that combine digital innovation with seamless and sustainable living experiences.”

Facility Management for Long-Term Value

In terms of operations and post delivery efficiency, SIAC Asset and Facility Management will oversee operations after construction. Eng. Sherif Ahmed emphasized:

“Our role begins where construction ends, but our planning starts today. By being involved early, we can align operational strategies with the project’s design and technologies. Our goal is to ensure Rewaya maintains its exceptional standards and delivers long term value for years after handover.”

Energy Solutions by E-Power

E-Power will provide the project’s integrated electrical infrastructure, including smart energy distribution and management systems. Eng. Ahmed Nada stated:

“Reliable and intelligent energy is the backbone of any modern urban project. At E-Power, we deliver not just electrical infrastructure, but a smart energy ecosystem designed for efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability, ensuring seamless and secure living for residents.”

NATGAS Partnership for Sustainable Energy

SIAC also signed an MoU with NATGAS, a subsidiary of Valmor Holding, to develop gas infrastructure solutions for the project.

Eng. Mahmoud Hassan, Executive Director of NATGAS, stated:

“We aim to provide integrated energy solutions based on efficiency and reliability. We look forward to supporting Rewaya with safe and sustainable infrastructure aligned with the highest safety standards.”

Construction Quality Supervision by ABCG

Dr. Sherif Abdel Baky stated:

“As supervisors of a major project like Rewaya, our commitment is to ensure execution exceeds international standards of quality, luxury, and sustainability, ultimately delivering a fully integrated project that meets client expectations.”

Early Integration as a Competitive Advantage

Eng. Mohamed El Hadidy, Head of Projects at SIAC Developments, emphasized:

“What sets these agreements apart is that we did not wait until construction completion to integrate these services. This early stage integration ensures that Rewaya becomes a real model for smart and sustainable cities in Egypt, where all elements work in harmony to deliver maximum comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.”

Project Progress and Development Details

It is worth noting that construction at Rewaya is progressing according to schedule. The project spans a built up area of 71,000 sqm and includes a variety of residential units (apartments, duplexes, twin villas).

Designed by Dar Al Memar (DMA), the project features European architectural influences, stone facades, and double height entrances. Around 78% of the project area is dedicated to open spaces, including shaded seating areas, greenery, and various services.
